How I Hustle Less—and Earn More (Thanks to This)
The Day I Realized Hustle Shouldn’t Mean Doing Everything.
Look I will be real with you.
It takes hustle to build a company.
Lots of effort. No question.
BUT there was a time when I thought more money = hustle harder.
More calls.
More DMs.
More tabs open.
More caffeine.
Lots of volume.
If I wasn’t exhausted by 11PM… I didn’t feel like I’d earned it.
But then I had one of those slap-you-in-the-face realizations:
“Why am I doing things a robot could literally do better?”
Things like:
Manually sending follow-up emails
Repeating the same client onboarding steps
Posting the same type of content… by hand
Rebuilding every launch from scratch
I wasn’t running a business.
I was running a very exhausting to-do list.
That’s when I made a decision:
Automate the hustle.
Not to be lazy—but to be smart.
So I could free up brainpower for the stuff that really matters: strategy, creativity, relationships.
And that’s when things really started to grow.
So yes, Hustle your ass off to build.
But put that hustle effort into building strategy, relationships, and systems that scale.
Use leverage to hustle smarter.
That will take you much farther.
And make you a lot more fun coupons.
⚡️ One-Minute Mindset Shift
If You Can Repeat It, You Can Replace It
Ask yourself:
“What tasks do I do more than twice a week?”
“What systems am I rebuilding from scratch every time?”
“Where am I spending time instead of investing it?”
Automation doesn’t kill the hustle—it multiplies it.
It lets you build without burnout.
